Monthly Guided Tour

Gardener-Guided Tour of Volunteer Park Conservatory

About this event

Friends of the Conservatory invites you for a guided, horticulture tour of the five houses of Volunteer Park Conservatory led by one of the three gardeners. The tour will begin in the Seasonal House and then move throughout the Cactus, Palm, Fern, and Bromeliad Houses.

Friends of the Conservatory is pleased to offer these tours the third Tuesday of each month through October from 11 am to noon.

Participants will tour each of the five houses of the Conservatory - Bromeliad, Fern, Palm, Seasonal, and Cactus - with one of the three gardeners who care for the plant collection. This is your chance to learn specifics about the unique plants housed at the Conservatory and hear directly from the horticultural staff. Have you ever had a question about the plants onsite? Sign up for a tour to ask it directly!

Visit the Eventbrite tour page to purchase a ticket. Each month's tour is limited to fifteen people, so don't hesitate to reserve your spot. Members enjoy $10 off regular ticket prices, so become a member today! Contact membership@volunteerparkconservatory.org if you need your member promo code.
